Exceptional Opportunity

At the conclusion of our 4th (this is number 2) round of financing (depending upon the economy we expect this to happen in 2011) your original stock investment plus exercised warrants could be worth over 24 times the amount of your investment. Of course, you are not required to sell any or all of your stock when you exercise your option to purchase although many investors elect to sell enough to recoup their original investment at this point. A little math will show you what would happen if the shares became worth $5.00 per share or $10.00 per share. At $5.00 per share a $25,000 investment will be worth $500,000.00; at $10.00 per share the same shares would be worth $1,000,000.
How much risk are you taking to earn this kind of return? In Management’s opinion, not much. First of all the Missouri Department of Development had several staff people review our projections, markets and management strengths. The CDBG management said Back 40's application was the most complete and best prepared submission they had ever received. One Staff member said if it was not a conflict of interest she would, herself, invest in our Company. Management believes strongly in the company’s future and top level management has, in fact, increased their investments during the past year.
Simply put the Company is faring well in this seriously poor economy. We have set sales records five months in a row. We have projects ready to push us on to profitability before years end. We need two ingredients: Capital and workers. More quality workers are now available at a lower price than any time in recent years due to the faltering economy and resultant layoffs. When we obtain the capital we require, Back 40 Group will be one of the brightest spots in the Country’s economic recovery, you can share in our success.
Final Considerations
Anyone who knows me knows that a primary focus of Back 40's expansion has been to improve the economy of Texas and Shannon
counties in Missouri. Most every business person and citizen in our area and surrounding towns knows that the area can not survive in it’s present form much longer without a project such as ours.
As soon as school enrollment drops to a certain level the schools will be forced to consolidate. Residents will have to travel even further to work. When a person works out of town they typically do their shopping there. Many of the remaining local businesses we have will be forced to close. And then all that will remain is a couple of signs on the highway like the ones at Yukon or Eunice and a lot of memories of what might have been. Please invest what you can into helping us provide good paying employment and the local cash flow required keep our area of the Missouri Ozarks alive and vital. Please feel free to call or e-mail me personally with any questions.
